STORM & INTERIOR DAMAGE
HAIL & WIND DAMAGE
When was the last time you got on your roof? You should be checking once a year, and after major storms. High winds and hail can weaken the integrity of your shingles. This can cause the shingles to blow off and leave your roof exposed to the elements. If you leave your roof exposed for too long, it can lead to leaks causing more damage. At Priority we provide you with a FREE inspection by one of our trained inspectors. We will perform a thorough inspection to determine whether your roof qualifies to make a storm or wind claim. Once the claim is made, we will work side by side with your insurance to get you a brand-new roof! Your focus will be picking your new shingle color!
WATER LEAKS & INTERIOR FLOODING
When dealing with water damage, immediate action is crucial. To minimize the water damage caused by a major leak or flooding in your home, ideally the restoration process should begin within 24 hours. This process starts with removing any standing water and removing any items damaged by water. This can include drywall and insulation. Once damage is eliminated and contaminated items are removed from the home, we will use dehumidifiers and disinfectants as a part of the restoration/remediation process. When affected area is dry, rebuilding can begin. ie: New insulation, drywall, flooring, etc.

INSURANCE SPECIALISTS
Once you file your wind damage or storm damage claim with your insurance company, we will provide them with all the information needed to get your new roof approved. An adjuster meeting will be scheduled, and your Priority inspector will be present to show the damage that was found on the initial inspection. Then, they will issue the approved estimate and the ACV or RCV. If you have RCV (Replacement Cost Value), your carrier will pay the cost to repair or replace your damaged roof without deducting for depreciation. If you have ACV (Actual Cash Value) coverage, your policy will pay the depreciated cost to repair or replace your damage roof. Once we receive a ACV or RVC check, we order your materials and schedule your installation date. This process can take anywhere from 1 to 2 weeks. The roof replacement can take 1-2 days depending on the size and steepness of your roof. During this process, we document with photos, drone footage, and videos. Once completed, we send the final paperwork to your insurance company, the final check is released.
We have worked with almost every insurance company. The most occurring are, All State, USAA, Farmers, State Farm, Liberty Mututal, and Erie. You are in good hands with us as we have a licensed insurance adjuster in house working for YOU.
